KC Firiakis, on behalf of its client, a regulated Forex Company, currently has an exciting, full-time career opportunity for a Head of Compliance at its headquarters in Limassol. Could you be the candidate that we’re looking for?

Main duties & Responsibilities:

• Responding to any Compliance inquiries;

• Designing Company’s Policies and procedures related to compliance; 

• Reviewing company’s marketing/promotional material advising on amendments needed;

• Maintaining the accuracy of compliance records, tests and training material;

• Giving guidance for corrective measures where necessary and informing the Senior Management;

• Providing training to employees;

• Assisting with the Internal Audit;

• Reviewing and drafting terms and conditions and any other legal documents;

• Preparing required periodic reports per regulations and keeping up to date with relevant laws/regulations;

• Developing and enforcing adequate policies and procedures in order to meet the compliance requirements of CySEC
  and other applicable rules and regulations;.

• Performing regular monitoring to ensure that standards are adhered;

• Overseeing corrective action of any compliance violations identified in review, audits and/or exams;

• Working with all the departments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations;

• Conducting internal compliance audits;

• Examining, evaluating and responding promptly to client complaints;

• Communicating directly with competent authorities.

Candidate Profile:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Compliance Officer;

• Degree in Law, Economics, Finance or any other relevant field;

• CySEC Advanced Certificate is a must;

• Fluent in English is a must;

• Excellent Computer Skills;

• Strong organisational and communication skills;

• Time management and multitasking abilities.
