KC Firiakis, on behalf of its client, a regulated Forex Company, currently has an exciting, full-time career opportunity for a Monitoring Compliance Assistant at its headquarters in Limassol. Could you be the candidate that we’re looking for?

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor communication between Clients and the various Company departments in line with the monitoring requirements of the relevant regulatory framework; 

• Review of Marketing Material prepared by Marketing Department, including website pages, Banners, Landing Pages and any other material;

• Search, review and monitor of publicly available information mentioning the Company and its brands;

• Monitoring of promotional material used by Marketing Agencies;

• Assist with due diligence for new business partners, collecting necessary KYC documents and ensuring speedy onboarding process;

• Assist in handling of complaints and/or monitor the handling of client complaints by the relevant department;

• Report relevant monitoring findings and recommendations for compliance to the Chief Compliance Officer;

• Assist in the drafting of relevant compliance policies procedures;

• Assist in conducting internal compliance audits and ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and structures;

• Maintain close collaboration with relevant departments to ensure all tasks are completed in timely manner;

• Any other tasks as requested by the Chief Compliance Officer.

 

Candidate Profile:

• University Degree in Law/Finance/Accounting/Economics or a related field;

• At least 1 year of experience within the forex industry is a must. Experience within compliance and/or customer support will be considered an advantage;

• Advanced CySEC certification is an advantage;

• Knowledge of CySec Laws, Directives and Guidelines;

• Knowledge of other languages is an advantage (German, Danish, Dutch Norwegian, Swedish);

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Flexible, energetic with a positive attitude;

• Computer literate (MS Office);

• Very good knowledge of English.
