Office Assistant (Sales Department)

KC Firiakis Ltd, on behalf of its client, a firm regulated and licensed under CySEC, currently has an exciting, full-time career opportunity for an Office Assistant for its Sales Department in Limassol. The ideal candidate will provide the necessary support to the Sales Coordinating team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Creating reports, providing feedback and information;

Preparing and organizing work materials;
-
Creating, maintaining and distributing sales and service productivity reports;
-
Assisting Sales Managers with the implementation and development of new or existing projects;
-
Handling a variety of routine and non-routine requests and tasks from Account Executives and Management;
-
Monitoring and evaluating agents’ performance.
Skills/Qualifications:
-
Pro-active with strong organization skills, multitasking;
-
Excellent interpersonal skills and client service skills;
-
Strong command of written and spoken English is essential;
-
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite, especially Microsoft Excel;
-
Strong attention to detail;
-
Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure;
-
Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team;
-
Fluency in Spanish/Italian/German language will be considered as an advantage;

Flexibility and adaptability;
-
Analytical and numerical skills.
Full training will be provided.
A test in excel will take place on the day of the interview in order to define the knowledge level.
