Solutions Coordinator at our headquarters in Limassol.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Opening accounts with payment service providers & other payment solutions;

•  Utilizing CRM software to update financial status of clients;

• Monitoring clients’ financial status and potential credit card disputes;

• Maintaining Excel reports regarding credit card disputes;

• Maintaining settings of gateway platform on behalf of the company.

Key Skills/ Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in similar position will be considered an advantage;

• Experience/Knowledge of the Forex sector will be considered an advantage;

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Investment will be considered an advantage;

• Strong attention to detail;

• Strong organization skills;

• Ability to work under pressure;

• Basic Excel Knowledge;

• Excellent command of English language (written & oral).
